Record the starting balance
Before a deposit or withdrawal, note the visible wallet balance. This creates a clear reference for the expected change. If the balance is already unfamiliar, review transaction history before sending funds or adding a bank account.
Choose a method shown in the current account
The supplied deposit screen displays ARPay, UPI Pay and USDT among the visible choices. Methods, recipients and limits can change. Select only a method shown inside the current wallet and do not reuse a recipient from an old screenshot without confirming it.
Match the channel and amount
Some methods require a payment channel before the amount can be entered. Check the channel name, recipient, code and amount. Complete the payment once and keep the bank or wallet receipt with the exact reference.
Use history before repeating a payment
Open Deposit History and Transaction when the balance has not updated. A payment can be successful at the bank while still processing in the account. Sending the same amount again can create a duplicate transaction and complicate review.
Bind bank details accurately
The supplied bank form shows bank name, account holder name, account number, phone number and IFSC code. Enter the details exactly as held by the bank. A wrong digit, shortened name or incorrect IFSC can cause rejection or delay.
Check withdrawal eligibility
Review the available balance, amount limits and any visible turnover requirement before submitting. Select the correct bank account and enter the login password only on the expected withdrawal screen. Do not share the password in a support message.
Understand pending, success and rejection
Pending means the request is not final. Success should be compared with the bank record, while rejection may require a correction to bank details, amount or account conditions. Keep the request ID and status for every review.
Prepare redacted evidence
Useful evidence includes the account ID in partial form, amount, time, transaction reference and visible status. Hide complete bank numbers, phone numbers, passwords and OTPs. Use the current in-account support route rather than sending sensitive information to an unknown contact.
