Blank or loading access screen
Check the connection, device time and whether the current destination opens consistently. Close the old session and retry once. If a different brand or unfamiliar form appears, do not enter credentials until the destination is understood.
Incorrect mobile number message
Compare the number and country code with the original registration. An old SIM, typing mistake or autofill value can point to a different account. Do not reset the password until the identity field is correct.
Password error after a recent change
Use the newest password, check letter case and remove hidden spaces. Delete old saved values from the device. If the account remains locked, use Forgot Password rather than repeated guesses.
OTP delay or invalid code
Request one code and wait. A later request can make an earlier code invalid. Check signal, blocked messages and the registered number. Never send the OTP to another person.
App closes or stays on loading
Check free storage, Android version, file completion and whether an older package conflicts. Try mobile web access to see whether the account itself works. Do not reinstall repeatedly without saving the account ID and payment records.
Deposit paid but balance unchanged
Save the payment receipt and reference, then check Deposit History and Transaction. Wait for the first status to be reviewed. Do not send another payment merely because the balance is delayed.
Withdrawal pending or rejected
Review the bank account, amount, available balance and turnover condition. Keep the request ID and visible status. Correct only the field identified by the account rather than changing every bank detail.
Gift code or promotion not applied
The code may be invalid, expired, already used or unavailable for that account. Promotion rates and conditions can change. Do not pay for a code or promise another user a fixed reward.
Evidence before contacting support
Record the account ID in redacted form, time, amount, transaction reference and exact message. Hide passwords, OTPs and complete bank details. A short, accurate record is safer and more useful than exposing the entire account screen.
