Mobile number and country code mismatch
The registration screen uses a phone number with a country code. If the number is entered without the expected code, with an old SIM, or with a typing mistake, the account may not be found. Compare the number with the one used when the account was created. Do not assume a saved autofill value is correct, especially on a shared device or after changing SIM cards.
Password case and hidden characters
Passwords can contain uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers and symbols. A copied password can include a leading or trailing space that is not visible. Type it manually once, check the case and confirm that the keyboard has not changed a character. If the password was updated recently, remove old saved copies so the previous value is not inserted again.
Old session or device conflict
A session left open on another device can sometimes cause a loading loop or unexpected sign-out. Close the old session when possible, restart the current device and open the current account route again. Avoid using remote-control apps or allowing another person to operate the account while you are signing in.
Verification code handling
When a code is needed, request it once and wait for the message. Enter only the newest code because an earlier one may expire after another request. Check signal, blocked-message settings and the registered number. Never read the code aloud to an unknown caller or send it in a chat.
Password reset sequence
The supplied reset screen asks for the registered mobile number, new password, password confirmation and verification code. Complete those fields in one session, accept the visible privacy agreement and press Reset. After the change, sign in with the new password and review the account ID, balance, bank details and recent transactions.
Account identity after login
A successful sign-in is not the end of the check. Confirm that the account ID and wallet belong to you. Look for unfamiliar game history, deposits, withdrawals, bank records or promotion activity. If anything has changed without your action, update the password and use the account’s current support controls with redacted evidence.
When not to create another account
Do not register a second account merely because the first password is forgotten or the OTP is delayed. A second account can split referral relationships, bank records and payment evidence, and it may conflict with account rules. Recover the original account unless the platform clearly confirms that a new registration is appropriate.
Evidence for an access case
Record the account ID, registered mobile number in redacted form, time of the failed attempt, exact message and screen state. Do not include the complete password or OTP. A precise error record is more useful than many screenshots that expose private details.
